Mr. Marshak has been a results-driven litigator and transactional attorney for 16 years and is equally comfortable in civil and criminal litigation, including writs and appeals. He has brought or defended many hundreds of cases over his career in state and federal court and first-chaired jury and court trials to verdict, as well as binding arbitrations and administrative trials and hearings. In addition to litigation, he has extensive experience in drafting and revising agreements related to intellectual property, real property and business formation and transactions, including employment law.
