Recognized by Pasadena Magazine as one of the Top Attorneys in the San Gabriel Valley, Mr. Fleming brings more than 18 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. During that time, Mr. Fleming has successfully represented numerous individuals charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors to murder in both federal and state court, and has also secured multiple six-figure settlements for plaintiffs in a variety of civil cases- including personal injury, civil rights, and premises liability.
Even before he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1998, Mr. Fleming demonstrated his desire to serve as a passionate legal advocate – first volunteering to assist death row inmates in post-conviction appeals and later volunteering as a legal intern for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor and traffic matters. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Fleming has embraced his role as an advocate for his clients by striving to provide them with a representative who will help them navigate what is often the most difficult situation they will ever face.
